GI Duct Work
Ducts are conduits or passages used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. Rectangular Ductwork fabricated from lock forming quality GI sheet conforms to ASTM A 653, Z275 coating.
Duct Jacketing
Jacketing applied over mechanical insulation can serve purposes. Regardless of jacketing and insulation, jacketing is used to ensure both the short-term and long-performance of the insulation application.
Duct Accessories
GI clamps are used for connecting transverse joints in high pressure ducts especially 40 mm slip on flanges. For fire rated ducts, GI clamps are the accepted joint system to connect the duct.

Production Process
Fabrication & Supply of HVAC Duct and Accessories using metal Coils as the following main process:
Products manufactured using state-of-the-art computerized machinery such as CNC Auto fold, Shearing machines, Plasma Cutting machines, and Auto seaming machines. The products manufactured are test according to ASHRAE Standards. Duct construction as per SMACNA/DW144 standards provides superior strength, low leakage rate and vibration free products. Awareness of customer requirements in this field has led El Zain Ac Duct to adapt their products to suit even the most demanding needs.
Wide range of brands & thickness for the following material:
· Hot-Dip Galvanize Steel conforming to BS 2989 ASTM A653 Lock forming quality, with G90, Z27 zinc coating.
- Stainless steel sheet 316L, 304 construction
- Carbon steel sheet Wielded in accordance with BS1449 part 1 grade
- Aluminum sheet.
- Pre Insulated Duct .
